Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is over 16. How long we keep personal data
Employment Law Firm keeps your personal data as long as necessary for the execution of an agreement and/or mediation, observing the legally set terms. If there is no agreement and/or mediation, your data will be stored for 14 days and then destroyed.

Employment Law Firm only shares with third parties if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal or administrative obligation. Employment Law Firm does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists and client data to third parties.

Make sure to black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.
